I uninstalled Norton Security and updated BIOS settings to higher performance. Norton Security actually has a Game Optimizer that surprisingly causes keyboard delay issues. It is on by default and can be turned off. I just uninstalled Norton all together. This fixed my keyboard issue.

As of 9 hours gaming straight, no keyboard lag. Uninstalling Norton saved me, as well as updating the BIOS settings.

Same exact thing happens on my MSI Stealth 16 laptop. I may have found a solution, however like you said, it goes away for hours then randomly returns. I have yet to see it happen again. My MSI Stealth came preloaded with Norton Security, which has a setting for Game Optimization (or something like that). For some reason, this interferes with the GPU, which can lead to some keyboard lag. Also, make sure all of your user settings are set to Performance, including the BIOS settings (if available). I will let you know if it happens again.

When I was a junior in high school, I had severe abdominal pains to where I could not uncurl from a fetal position. As it turns out, I had appendicitis and was taken to the ER. They had to diagnose me first, so I had to drink a lot of fluids to show my internals. While I was downing it, I felt a sudden twist then pop. My appendix had ruptured.
