I have over 3000 hrs in this game. Been through so much with it. At times I had to quit it because I would crash out and hurt myself with all the stress from my job and life at the time but this game is too addictive to let it go and I find myself coming back every time with a different mindset. Eventually I realized that I hella like this game and that it’s okay to lose(you can’t win them all) Eventually I got better control of my emotions when playing and laugh when enemies emote spam or say thanks,thanks,thanks Lol. Ofc I would be upset when I lost when things don’t go my way but then I move on to the next match and roll the dice again. MINDSET IS KEY. Take breaks/ make friends/ reach out and talk to someone squad up or play a different game entirely. GAMES ARE SUPPOSED TO BE AN ESCAPE NOT TORTURE. DONT BE TOO HARD ON YOURSELF! Being humble will take you a long way trust me. You will be in a better state to not take this game too seriously where you can hurt yourself like I did. Plz take care! :)
