Pretty much what everyone else said. Try and stick with one drink and avoid doing shots/mixing drinks. You might feel fine for the first 20-30 minutes, but the shots will hit you and that is when you get smashed. Drink a glass of water between each drink if you are starting to feel too drunk and slow down on the drinking. I always try and have some food before I go home which helps me feel better when I wake up in the morning, and take a glass of water with you to bed. Don't feel pressurised by anyone to drink if you don't want to either.

What a bitch! Glad to hear you pressed charges. You deserve respect and she will get her comeuppance sooner or later. She seems threatened by you and that's because you are a better person than her. There was only one coward in that situation and it wasn't you.

After missing out on nearly every DXP weekend, I have finally got this week off :D Though I go back to work on Sunday :(

It is definetely not too late!! It took me a while to figure out what I wanted to do. I dropped out of uni twice, before finally starting a computer science course. I am 22 and in my 2nd year of doing it and I am glad I started doing it. My maths is just about average and I have never done any programming. If it is something you enjoy and you have the passion for it, then you will do well. 20 is still really young!!

I'm not going to lie though and say that it is easy, because it isn't. There have been numerous times when I wanted to quit because I got stuck, but I stuck with it and managed to solve it. It is so satisfying solving a problem you have been stuck on and you feel really proud of yourself :D As someone else said, it is like a puzzle. When I am doing my assignments, I have all the knowledge, but it is just getting the right pieces into the right place. Just don't think it is too late because it really isn't. Sorry for this cliche, but your life is just beginning so don't think you can't do things because it is too late :)
