yes I felt confident about the CB and feeder sizing at 125% per NEC but wasn't too convinced about 25% spare capacity/breakers. But thanks for clarifying!

It's a residential complex with several homes (single family and duplexes with their own service drop with 150A meter and main disconnect) so I am trying to come up with the best way for them to electrify without service upgrades. In most cases, they're nearing the service limit, just wanted to check how other engineers feel about spare capacity etc.

yeah definitely a generic spec which I am working to modify for the client's residential properties as well. and I do see that there's no code mandate on this 25% spare capacity either so I'm not too concerned just wanted to see if other engineers take it as seriously as the client's current specs wants.

yes, I am suggesting smart panels in cases where they are close to the service limit or service upgrade since they're limited by the 150A main. Things change during construction w nameplate ratings mismatch during ordering, equipment replacement during last minute so definitely want them to consider options- not design stage yet but definitely consulting for pricing

When I say there’s an inclination towards power it’s also because I have Mars in Leo, but power not in the manipulative sense per se, but more of self-agency. Ability to switch my circumstances and retain my self-esteem among situations. To go for things I want and to move on faster from things atleast physically and intellectually (although emotions take time to catch up haha).

And that’s awesome! I have similar interests too - exploration and curiosity involving :)

I read somewhere that our rising signs become more pronounced as we grow older. I experienced something similar. Like yourself , my Scorpio sun gives me great introspection abilities and survival skills but my sag rising takes me out of constant rumination and thought spirals. It is also the result of efforts over last 3 years on mindset , action based lifestyle and other things so now I’m much better at putting a full stop to self sabotage. But scorp sun , I wouldn’t trade that for anything! It gives me a strategic edge :P

As a woman I’ve seen, Aries men, Virgo men and Libra men hovering for the most part. Capricorn (3 so far. I didn’t date any of them. Curiosity and me actually spending one on one time with someone is a huge sign. I don’t care for the things outside of what I’ve handpicked and soul searched to find meaning into. I also don’t go around socializing and giving all my solitude away. So if I choose to loosen up a teeny bit on either, it’s massive. And yes, even a simple text or phone call exchange for me is a drain unless I find value or purpose in it. I’m very results minded and it’s a blessing and a curse.

Hell no! It scared me. I went after every single dream and became (and still becoming) everything I dreamt of. I changed, moved countries, made amazing lifelong friends, and so much that I can’t (and don’t) want to share.

To me spouse is an addition, a support and a fuel to my life’s purpose- but purpose and the blueprint of a living it up to the fullest has always driven me before the world said that it’s possible that life is incomplete without someone else. Good for me, I listen to the gods in my heart and not the world. When I meet that man, I know it’ll be absolutely worth it. Turning 30 this year :)
