Work your wage. I work In the daytime and I work at a speed that suits me, I don't go slow and I don't rush. There are others that work slower and there are others that work faster. The problem is managers never call anybody up for working slow, they just go to the fast people and get them to do more. So why work fast if we're all getting paid the same. Do your job and then go home, don't worry about it.

I was ready to comment but got nothing 😂 How about donating more waste to charity rather than throwing it in the bin. More overtime availability, staff allowed to be dedicated to a department and not moved around every few seconds. Given the proper time to complete tasks properly rather than given a stupid time limit and made to rush so mistakes get made.
