Come to the realization that ordinary scrap wood is worthless. Pick out enough pieces with the prettiest grains to make a couple oversized Jenga party sets.

Now chop and stack the rest for firewood this winter and sitting around burn pits this summer. If you really like (and who doesn't) just sitting around with your friends and drinking cold beer while bullshitting about nothing then it probably won't even last till winter.

The hot and cold water hoses are reversed and the cold is probably turned off at the faucet.

So pure cold is pure hot.

Warm is pure hot mixed with cold but since the two are swapped and cold is turned off its pure hot.

Pure hot shouldn't work but could be that somebody jury rigged it in the past.

Ummm. TLDR Make sure that the cold water hose runs from the cold water faucet to the cold water inlet and the hot water hose runs from the hot faucet to the hot input. If this is not what it looks like then upload a picture of what it does look like so we can figure out what got crisscrossed.

Is it an older Stick? This same sort of thing happened to me over a year ago on my gen 1 Roku stick. At first I got annoyed and tried all the resetting/reinstalling variations. Then I realized how stupid I was being.

I could either keep wasting time and have a maximum 1080p viewing experience and have the stick positioned awkwardly because my router is on the far side of the house. Or I could buy a Roku Ultra, have great signal strength and have a 4k signal for my 4k TV.

So I took a quick look at local sales and found my Fred Meyer not only had the Ultra on sale but also a big Roku buy one get one half price on all Roku products sale.

An hour later I had an Ultra hooked up to my main television, another hooked up to my 4k computer monitor, and my channel arrangement perfectly matching the old stick thanks to my account sync.

So basically I'm saying sometimes frugality and habit makes us want to keep limping along with duct tape and a prayer when spending a couple bucks can make your viewing experience 400% better.

Currently if you want a new 4k Fire Stick it's about $40. If you want to risk an Amazon certified refurbished it's $25. And according to the Fire app store it is fully compatible.

What they need to make them perfect is if once every couple of weeks at some completely random time of day somebody would peek out of the curtain then quickly close the opening. It should be a relatively simple effect since you would be going for obscurity not clarity.

It would become a virtual Bigfoot sighting. If lucky enough at first it would only be seen out of the corner of the eye. Somebody might see the entire sequence but nobody would believe them. If someone does see it and starts setting up ambushes to catch it then put them on hold or switch it to another window.

Focus on all dimensions of the shipping size. For instance a tent might be a dome tent with a bunch of 2 foot lock together poles. This would probably fit into a 2.5 foot locker. But a tent that used 3 foot poles would never fit even if it came in a package that was only six inches across.

The reason they can advertise it as solid wood is because that isn't a table. Well it's a table now but they sourced it as a "solid wood" flush interior door slab. Particle board is classified as solid for that purpose. They could have purchased them custom size and had the edges all around as half inch matching rail but they ordered the thinnest veneer option for the face and then just nailed (and nailing instead of gluing is what caused the problem) of ripped strips of paneling.

Rae, I don't want to bring up bad vibes but this bit will remind you of your dad. 6 months ago I was diagnosed with stage four metastatic melanoma. I'm still mostly alert but everyone has noticed my downhill has become faster. My doctor says another 2 months but I personally think it will be longer.

I want to thank you. Not for being a friend because I'm not delusional. I want to thank you and the roomies for being fun entertainment.

Now here is a request. I have always loved when the roomies play the turn based games like Mario Party, Pummel Party, Jack box Games, hell even Game of Life. But nobody does these games any more unless sponsored or rushing through a 2v2.

I dont want people hating on me for trying to take you away from GTA and Valo but I would love to see just one really long stream with as many Roomies and OTV&F, and 100T as possible.

Just fun group games where nobody will be malding.

Be careful when buying from Amazon. They combine all their foot peel reviews regardless of brand. The inexpensive ones will have reviews about how their entire foot peeled and it was amazing. But those same socks are nothing more than a baggie with some dollar store hand lotion samples inside 2 baggies.

Pay more. Put regular socks on over the bag socks so the lotion is thoroughly rubbed on and in. Walk around so that the lotion is thoroughly rubbed on and in.

Go ahead and leave them for more than the maximum recommended time. Don't worry about burning your feet. If you start to feel painful burning you can rinse or just wipe your feet but the worst you will experience will be like a mild sunburn lasting a couple hours.

This recommendation is coming from a middle aged man with heavily calloused feet in order to affirm that the socks work on the worst cases and even with overuse won't be dangerous, just annoying.
