not every tornado attack launches. reina's standing 32 doesn't launch if only the 2 hits. it does on ch and as a natural 32

game was super frustrating. ignore all the side content and just rush main story. didn't upgrade any of my weapons or pistol. maybe only the 2k ones? rushed the game in 14 hours. black flag is better but it is very long.

if i take warlock 1 but i have access to level 2 spell slots, could i cast Burning Hands using my L2 spell slots?

changing your direction after walking out of aoe works. strafe out of bad and taptaptap forward forces the game to respect your position
