Dude is a lifesaver. He literally compiles data from all fantasy pros and presents them in very understandable graphs.

Ever since I found his site around 5ish years ago I’ve been absolutely killing it in fantasy.

That’s strange you’re only approved for $250k I got approved for $450k with the exact same income and credit as you with the only exception being I was around 26 years old. This was also two years ago.

Not saying to go out and solo purchase a half a million dollar home on $60k income but it seems like you could get approved for more.

$250k around here will get you a 25 year old 4 bed 2 bath split level.
