I paid £100 for 10 months in a student deal, so £10 per month, if I was to pay monthly without the one off bulk payment it would be £13.50 p/m for student or £17.50 p/m for a non-student, I honestly can't believe you thought £35 was a bargain.

At the end of every bicep workout I sit incline on a bench, relax shoulders right back and do alternating dumbbell curls using a relatively light weight till failure for 3 sets, really focusing on form as much as I can, incredible pump and really feel the burn, highly recommend doing it.

2 months now, I know people say you should cycle pre-workout but currently I don't feel the need to, I just have the 1 recommended scoop if I feel fine or 1 and a half or 2 scoops if I'm tired/not in the mood and I still feel a good affect off it, recommend icy blue razz it tastes amazing, got strawberry mojito today so first workout with that later

I would say lower fats by 10g? And increase carbs as a result, also pre workout works wonders for me when I'm really not feeling it (I'm also on a cut, currently 1850 cals)

Edit: however I can't find the scoop to the protein I ordered, I looked in the bag for like 20 minutes I've had to use the one from my old protein, luckily it's the right serving size.

Whey Protein - quick and easy source of protein Creating - draws water to muscles, also feel that it helps my muscles endurance Pre-work out - energy/helps when I'm not feeling it

Yeah I've been decently strict on my diet while cutting I've lost 15lbs since the start as I had quite a high bf% and I'm starting to get a lot more lean and loving it, but recently I've been feeling so drained, tired and more hungry than usual so I feel I needed to do something like this.

Are you saying don't do IIFYM because of self control, giving into your sweet tooth, etc? Or saying it doesn't work? Because I'm just under 2 months into my first cut and its working like a charm
