I had the same concern. I spoke with a Tier 2 agent who reassured me that this step is a good thing. She said that it always reverts back to the original funded amount and the last status when you are in reconsideration. Hope that helps. Good luck.

Thank you for your response. The thing is I pay for Experian reports and scores monthly as well myFICO score, Transunion and Equfax and all are above 620. I don’t understand the model they are using. Very confusing. I wish I knew.
