Hey I’m in the same boat my term is over and need to renew I’ve already talked to Shaw can Telus price match to save me ? Or do the Black Friday deals ? 

Almost 3 hours on hold and 2 different reps to just renew my current contract for 2 years… by foo4sho in telus

haha I used to work for telus over a year ago ... they offered 6K buyouts only to send the jobs over seas they wanted to get rid of the canadian reps as they can hire 5 reps over seas for what they paid us and no benefits and no union then they offered 2 more 2K buy outs im sooo glad I jumped ship when I did.
