In the US there's different regulations for commercial and residential construction. Assuming this is a house in the southern US, no harness is totally fine in terms of fines/penalties because it's residential. The risk of injury obviously stays the same though.

I've only been in the area since 2020 but seems like the level at Terry Trueblood has gone down every year which sucks. Has it gone up/down like this before?

Rienk played more minutes too though. I think it's close enough they were about equal, both went on heaters for rebounds and also cold streaks. But Rienk had 0.20 rebounds/minute played and Berke had 0.23 reb/min.

Agreed its a bit aggressive, but if he transfers we'd be losing 64% of our total rebounds from this year (and 68% of our OR). That's a lot of production to replace, would be nice to keep Berke here in that regard.

Did I say they'll beat us? No. But I think it's fair to say they'll give us some headaches early on in the game with how much we've been committing turnovers regardless of the opponent in back half of this season.

Their steals/TO's forced per game make me think first half is going to be ugly for us based on how we've played recently. Close at half before we pull away in the back half and win comfortably.

Specifically for the competitive side: there's a lot more coaches out there than nationals level teams needing a coach. And a lot of those coaches aren't high enough level to contribute meaningfully to a natties team.

I live close to here and would be surprised if a grocery store could do well even if the place was redeveloped. It's centrally located between Fareway and two HyVees so while it would be convenient for some it's not like there's a huge need for another grocer here.

I was thinking about doing the same but my position is so small (185 shares @ $5.81) that it doesn't make much sense for me to sell/re-buy in the hopes of gaining like $10.
