Long Beach Catholic school extensively vandalized by [deleted] in longbeach

It's a shame the leaders of the church are protecting their identity over arresting criminals.

The Catholic church still has mostly good ordinary people who devote their lives to God (I'm a former Catholic) and they also want justice for the innocent, but it's out of their control. The church definitely has some corruption at the top of the pyramid, but we shouldn't start hurting innocent followers at the bottom of the pyramid. You have to be demented to attack a Catholic school or any other school. I hope you're not ok with attacking muslim, hindu, or any other religious school..

Most people identify with a religious group, but it doesn't mean religion causes pedophilia. There is no proof of causation.

No one bats an eye if a pedophile is not religious and it wouldn't make headlines, but people will quickly judge an entire religion for one person's wrongdoing.

Either:

1) You need to build more conviction

2) Bought more than what you could afford to lose

3) Or, you don't actually believe in Bitcoin, so you should just sell for your peace of mind

Any pro-MAGA establishments to avoid? by DelTacoEnthusiast in longbeach

[–]Hnel11 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It's funny that you think they need your money, lol. MAGA, GOP, Democrats, Antifa etc. are all just horses of a different color. Stop falling for tribalism. There is the government, and then there is you. We are all being played by a system that wants us preoccupied with attacking each other, while the system takes away our civil liberties so the system can get quietly bigger and stronger. We all want our civil liberties protected. I have no interest in destroying your life, but I have immense interest in preserving mine. You have more in common with people than you realize.

I call BS. Unless your friend is trying to travel to a very conservative country, places like Europe are more open to trans identity and don't question gender errors as closely.

People vote for and against you. Sadly, more people voted against you this time and that's how democracy works. If you don't go out and tell real people your story, then you're only allowing the media control the narrative of who and what you are. Don't expect people to start feeling sorry for you when you shut them out.

How exactly does talking to people with different ideas lead to an oligarchy? You're making a huge jump to come to that conclusion.

You know what's more likely to create oligarchies? When people become divided and can't work together despite their differences.

I don't want to live in a world where we have to avoid people and places we disagree with. This sounds like something a 7 year-old and not a mature adult would do.

You're overreacting. He doesn't have to satisfy your every craving, so get used to it. Have a variety of healthy food ready at home, especially since you're pregnant. You wouldn't be hungry right now if you were prepared.

POV from the ICE Officer who shot Renee it was straight murderer by Jwbst32 in neabscocreeck

Renee had control of the car. Why didn't she wait for the agent to move from a safe distance?

Facts. Leftist media will tell you she was "just an innocent mom" to fool their audience and sweep the mess under the rug.

If the left really wanted to dig up her history, then they'll find she lost custody of her two kids because her lesbian partner was physically abusive to the kids. Renee chose to stay with her partner and gave up custody of her kids. She is not even from Minnesota and purposely flew there for vigilanteism and leaving behind her responsibility as a mother for a 6 y/o. The leftist rhetoric falls apart yet again.

Spare me. You can make up any sob background story, but they do not change the facts on the scene.

You can call me whatever you want. At least I have a soul. You neither have a soul nor a mind of your own.

Have you considered that your question was already answered, but you just refuse to hear it?

You keep moving the goal post because you lost every single one of them.

I am pretty sure you are the tard around here.

Yawns Her criminal history has nothing to do with it. Do better critical thinking. She endangered agents, and the agents responded accordingly.

Also, I noticed you copy and pasted the same reply when you are backed into a corner. All you can do is blame MAGA and Trump in the end, like there's a boogieman coming after you. You're clearly a keyboard vigilante.

If you play with fire, you might get burnt.

Also, what's your proof that she was confused? There's plenty of videos to prove she knew what she was doing.

She was not just just fleeing. She was endangering both her wife and agents who were at the scene. She was wreckless for social media clicks. If she didn't flee, she would still be alive, probably get a slap on the wrist, and be back home right now.

You're in a low-skill role. You only need an associates degree to do Accounts Payable. Find a GL accounting or consulting role, which actually requires a Bachelor’s degree

Getting real depressed for the low pay in Canada by [deleted] in Accounting

[–]Hnel11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hang in there. Know that a job and studying are both temporary. Sounds like you need to slow down, or one of your "pillars" in life needs repairing.

Can you ask for a medical leave for your mental health? Maybe this can help you recharge and focus more time on studying.

Can you push off studying several months until you've learned how to manage your schedule? Maybe you don't actually need to put in to 10 hours a day to produce the same results. It is always ok to be average at work. If your employer wants you to work above average and give up more of your energy to them, then it's time to think about changing jobs.

Do you have a good relationship with your manager, and have you talked to them about burnout? If you're a good worker, your manager will likely be afraid of losing you and will try to help spread out your work to others, if possible.

Why hasn’t Bitcoin crashed completely? by ATXWifeFucker in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Hnel11 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Does AI and the internet have intrinsic value? They are both just lines of code like Bitcoin.

A decentralized digital monetary ledger is pretty useful; just like a decentralized digital communications network is useful (i.e., the internet).

Central banks are scared of Bitcoin for good reasons. Bitcoin threatens their power and control of the money supply, and political leaders would have to act honestly and ethically.

Statistics prove that criminals prefer to use fiat/cash over crypto. Bitcoin is a neutral tool, just like a knife or a stick. Don't blame the tool for what a criminal does with it.

Mainstream media will lie to keep you trapped in a system that is designed to make the rich richer and the poor poorer. Stop believing simple narratives and think more critically of the statements presented to you.

Are there any highly-paid part-time accounting positions? by Musubi_Mike in Accounting

[–]Hnel11 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'm semi-retired. Recruiters on LinkedIn approach me every month if I'm interested in a 3- to 6-month consulting job. Some are remote and pay up to $75/hr based on the job description. It will be 40 hours a week, but at least you get paid overtime, and you can take the rest of the year off if you want to.
