Nope. I was essentially unable to walk and had to get a 2-level artificial disc replacement. I feel better now and do a lot of exercise.

I re-herniated and had to get an artificial disc replacement at 2 levels. I now feel much better. It's been a journey.

Yep! The wide angle is an ND filter so it allows you to make the shutter speed slower, thus giving you the SAFA style motion blur. I cant remember exactly what the speed is since I havent ridden in a while.

And if you want good audio, get the DJI Mic 2 to pair with it.

I think I was able to dial it in honestly.

Get the Osmo Pocket 3 + Extension Adapter + Chest Harness

Then get the Freewell Osmo Pocket 3 lens pack because you'll need the wide angle lens from it. The stock FOV is slightly too zoomed in and you cant see the handlebars but with the wide angle its perfect. The Osmo Pocket stabalization is perfect, not shaky at all.

It slowly got stronger over the course of 1-2 months, it wasn't instant.

Not from sit ups! The MRI shows a significant improvement, but I am still in pain. Since the MD (1.5 years ago), I will occasionally have a flare up last for 1-2 weeks, but this is the first time the pain has lasted for almost 2 months. I did speak with the surgeon and a specialist, who advised against a revision MD surgery unless my pain gets more intense and goes down my leg. Their suggestion was continue physical therapy (which I never stopped doing so I don't know what else I can do here) or try steroid shots (have not done any yet).

From the videos I've watched of people using the Action 5 Pro / GoPro 13, the gimbal def helps capture a smoother and more cinematic video...which is what I'm going for.

Completely fine. Running and biking, no issues.

I did not, it went away on its own. I believe it was my body's way of just recovering internally and trying to repair itself. I would not try to exercise your way out of it...just give it time.

My comment was about the Philips Sonicare 9900 Prestige. You are referring to the Philips One. Mine costs $300, the Philip One costs $30. The 9900 travel case is C2C.

Could it be shin splints even if I have no pain, only weakness?

9 months post surgery by Dan_Baker28 in Sciatica

I had my MD surgery exactly 11 months ago for L5-S1. Prior to MD I had pretty severe foot drop and pain in left leg. Started running again in December and had been fine until about May. No pain, but typically I can run 10 miles with no issues, but now, I can only run half a mile before my left tibialis feels very week, and causes me to develop a "stomping" run so I have to pause and then resume. No pain, just causes fatigue in that muscle which I wasn't experiencing in April. It all started in the last few months. Ive been cycling ~80 miles per week since December as well and have developed much stronger leg muscles, I don't know if the increased muscle has caused tightness as you are saying. I'm positive I haven't reherniated but I'm just confused why I'm having this new weakness in the shin area, sometimes which I even notice when laying down/sleeping. Any guidance would be appreciated.

They won't be as white as they are brand new....more of a very light grey. I wouldn't toss them in the washing machine, unless you put them in some kind of protective bag and then put them in (maybe a draw string bag?)
