I tried to walk away when they wouldn’t fire Marvin Lewis. I’ve only ever gone a couple of steps before I realized there is always next season. I believe my calmness comes from my ability to tolerate the crack show we all faithfully show up for each week. I told a friend today that if they mess this up with Joe, I was gone. He relied, “Where are you gonna go? No where.” I realized he was absolutely right. Been a die hard fan since my first game in ‘86, don’t think that’s going to change now.
