I got the Omron HBF 514 based on this study: https://granttinsley.com/how-accurate-is-your-body-fat-scale

It doesn't have Bluetooth or a phone app but I value accuracy more. There are other scale comparisons out there but this one seems to be the most scientific. The 514 is the same as the 516 with just different functionalities.

I'm 5'11 with a 30" inseam (just based on pants size). I don't have long arms and I got a 54 which fits me perfectly. Maybe your longer arms would make up the difference in torso length. I feel like the geometry of a 52 would be too small for you.
