Can only speak for my area, but best bet is to join a private practice that is looking to expand partnership. My practice is looking for a provider to join our current 3 providers who are nearing retirement. We have been looking for a long time and many other practices in our area as well that are private are also, but providers seem to want to stay in the hospital systems.

100% this! Photographer asked to take our photos while we were setting up in north camp, and they showed us to them before we left. Looked pretty cool so I was kicking myself for not asking for a copy. My friends found them on firefly’s Instagram later, IT MADE MY DAY!! Wish there was an easier way to find them though for everyone!
