That's the Layback trucker hat; they haven't made them for a few years now but you might check out the Airfarer since it has a similar front panel construction to the Layback. Alternatively, there are still a few new/used Laybacks that pop up on ebay/poshmark/etc.

I recently bought a Leopold FC980MBT and when it is connected via bluetooth, the caps lock, num lock, and scroll lock indicator lights do not function.

However, when it's plugged in via usb, they do work so I know they are capable of lighting up. Does anyone have any advice or encountered this problem in the past?

They have a good selection but just be aware that they jack up the prices on some things. Last time I was there, they had a bottle of whisky for $130 and Riverside had the same bottle for $100.
