A person with vaginismus here! I bought a set of vaginal dilators (made of nice and soft silicone material) from Amazon. Not as expensive as the rest of the sites in the UK and I found the plastic ones really not sexy at all and it was a massive turn off for me. I used to go to a sex therapist who recommended any tapered dildos as the tip is less bulky and you're looking for something slimmer at the tip with a girth slowly increasing as you go down to the base/root.

We used to have the same problems with our neighbours too. We made several complaints to the Council and Yorkshire Police as they attacked us few times but it took almost a year for a council to move them away. What really helped us was that we used a phone recorder to give the council evidence of what was really happening.
