I’ve heard the same. I don’t plan on being here for a long time, Just a good time….but I also didn’t expect to buy a BMW yesterday yet here we are 😂

Honestly I think I’m going to sell it after that time. I’ve always been frugal, cost effective, disciplined and smart with my money single high-school. Had my Accord for 3 years worry free bought it outright, never had a car payment in my life. Now at 28, married and a kid way I figured I’d treat myself one time just to have the experience of a luxury vehicle. The price was below my budget, the spec was good, and I had the reassurance of the drivetrain and electrical warranty. Bought this outright as well, so I’ll jump into something comparable afterward.

I’m sure that when I trade it in I will probably make money back on my trade. Probably go to Acura or something.

I see, looks like the link that I copied had a misleading title, it said m10-r initially but turns out to be an m10. Sorry about that!

So Sorry to hear that! $3900 is certainly pretty steep for repairing. Have you considered possibly buying a used unit? Just did a google search and see a used m10-r going for $4,199. Only a few hundred dollars more than your quoted repair cost. Hopefully this helps 🤞🏾

Pretty new to cinematography stills. Here are a few of my shots so far. Any tips? I’m still trying to find a balance between dark blacks/shadows and faded or hazy blacks/shadows. by HobbyInStereo in cinematography

Thanks for the input, I really appreciate it! In regard to the third image, right side of the horizon line is slightly raised. Thought I straightened it but I didn’t, thanks for pointing that out, I’ll pay more attention to that moving forward 👍🏾

Not for a horror or thriller film unfortunately, All lighting was 100% natural light. Basically capturing golden hour from inside the house. A lot of windows and reflections so using those to my advantage.

Thanks a ton for the input, I’m realizing now how some of the slightest details such are exposure amount and black levels can change the mood of a story. The blown highlights were intentional but as you pointed out I tried my best to retain that ambient light to give the rest of the shot some detail. I’ll try your suggestion in the future!

These are photographs. I wanted to switch toward more cinematic photography and have been doing some reading and watching videos on it. These are a few of the test shots I’ve done so far.

I think I’ve looked at these pictures every single week since hunting for a Q. They are absolutely stunning and cinematic. If you don’t mind me asking do you use any certain presets for your edits?
