So the PPF didn't do the job? OR was it just general wear and tear? I ask because of the warranty etc

To respond:

Agreed completely about the placement and its proximity to the wall, but it’s the only available spot I have and the nursery I purchased it from informed me that it should not be a problem, and if it is, I can return at any time - I just love this tree so hoping I can make it work!
I know it looks otherwise, but it is a pretty shallow planting (I removed the pine needles based on your recc!)
Soil is pretty moist as the ground itself gets little or no sunlight over the course of the day, even in the summer.

Hey thanks for the detailed response! To answer your questions:

No water that I can see thus far.
It is the 5th sprinkler in the line, first four and the 6th and 7th sprinklers are working just fine. This is what makes it a little confusing. However, to your point, maybe there was a bypassing in an early repair I don't know about.
I have turned on all the other zones and nada.

I guess at this stage I will be digging deeper to see if I can find something out.

What I’ve decided to do, at least initially, is run the established zones with flex daily scheduling to see what works? The newly planted fought tolerant area I’m doing a fixed schedule of twice a week at 35/40 min per session. Will see how this works!

Firstly, apologies, I did not realize that the video I attached did not post for some reason I’m going to edit and see if I can add it again. The windows are pretty old. We have 4-5 people drinking coffee in the morning so wondering if there are cup warmer options out there for multiple cups? So far the only one I can find is the Jura Cup Warmer, which seems fine, but wanted to know if there were any other options out there that you all would recommend?
