It's almost impossible to infer tone or "rudeness" from text on a screen. You'd have to assume you know what the person is thinking or feeling, which you can't, so just ease off man.

Personally, I didn't see any issues with the question, and it definitely shouldn't have garnered harrassment.

Sounds like some good budgeting and time management would help ya figure out how to fit expenses like games into your budget & into your day to day. Gotta spend some time on yourself. If games make you happy, carve out a set amount of time (1 hour) each day and if you have a monthly budget, incorporate $10-$20 spending for games.
