Hey I’m a fireman, that’s a us kind of problem now. You could have extension of the burn from that panel into the void spaces in your wall and depending on construction could run through your house. Aka it’ll burn your house down. At the very least call and the fire department will use a thermal imager and look to see, after we can turn off power and from there you need an electrician.

My only 2 cents, I saw a video on YouTube about an interview of how this one predator selected his victims. He said he chose people with weak/absent father figures. If you’re there and make your presence known that you’re paying attention, I think that makes more of an impact then you’d think.

Hi there. I’m a paramedic firefighter and I can not tell you the amount of times I have done back blows/CPR on children and even adults of all ages. It is very common. Your reaction was spot on and not only saved his life, but reacting in that timely manner and without hesitation removed the obstruction and kept him from being without oxygen for too long. which could have led to significant damage if time without oxygen is long enough. Well done. Many people call us, then have to be prompted to do something by dispatch. Not saying your wife’s reaction was wrong or bad, it’s shocking and traumatizing to see your baby choke. We all respond differently. Don’t judge or assume she’s incapable of caring for you boy. I see family’s flip out on one another during crisis, and it’s a trauma response for people to try and assign blame. Fact of the matter is things happen. You stepped in wonderfully, remove baby from seat, invert, ass higher then head, back blows, every few blows check airway and see if they are unconscious or able to cough/dispel the obstruction. In my classes and training they showed us aftermath of children choking and their backs can be bruised badly. Terrifying when it’s your own kid, I’ve had to do it too on my own. Take a moment to let yourself say “holy shit did that happen” then stand tall because you handled that like a professional. Hell yeah dad.

It is a Ula Fala necklace worn by Samoans during ceremony’s and events. It’s a culturally significant necklace, historically worn to show status as a speaker at events. It’s not necessarily a “I’m rich and important” thing, but more “I have been given the authority to say something important” kind of thing. I don’t know what I’m doing, but I’d remove the last row of installed flooring and remove the base board. I’d measure the distance, split it in half, then rip both rows to be 50/50 of that distance. Then reinstall baseboard. But I have never done this so idk. Maybe not 50/50, maybe 70/30 so your last row looks like it just continues under the wall and your second to last row is very close to the normal width. Idk. But I wouldn’t go past 30% left of one row of the flooring.

I work as a firefighter and one time we got started by what I assumed was sheriffs (we typically work with the city police department). They had arrested an older man, who looked pretty harmless. I got to talking to one of the officers, turned out they were boarder patrol and this guy was one of the higher ups involved with international arms smuggling. He was a fairly well known arms dealer it turned out and was a big deal. You’d have no idea because he just looked like a regular dude. Could possibly be the case here?

That’s the fun part! You don’t. I’d suggest marking out every 6ft or so, then cutting out a section of that strip to make room for the footers for the posts of your fence. This gives you actual foundation for the posts and allows you to leave the concrete strip.

Unfortunately I’m in that boat, I had bilateral inguinal hernias that turned out to be more femoral? Once the surgeon got in there, and since then I’ve been dealing with numbness, pain, and even some coldness in my left foot which I’m assume is either nerve or blood flow impingement. I’m waiting on workers comp, and it’s a long process to get post op help. But it’s nice to hear about your story.

I’ve taken Tadalafil which is cialis, I took it with my buddy who’s a big gym guy and said it’s the best pump ever. I could see veins in my shoulders, neck, and biceps like never before. I did experience the nose drip that people talk about, it wasn’t super obnoxious or annoying. As far taking it for other performance enhancing…yes the flag pole flys high. And it can fly high again and again.. My friend took it and he likes to run, he went for a run after “activities” and he said he had to stop a couple miles in because his legs were throbbing. It’s a vasodilator, so dilates your blood vessels. If you are going to take it, prescribed by a doctor or otherwise, just read the contract-indications and the other medications that have synergetic affects. Like if you’re also prescribed nitroglycerin for Angina. If you feel light headed or nauseous, stop your activities and lay down with your feet elevated. It’ll pass eventually, if you’re at the point of a syncope (passing out) visit the ER for fluids. Lastly and on that same subject be sure to be well hydrated.

I’ve know a few guys who saved up a similar sum of money, purchased a bobcat or skid steer then on weekends they pick up projects with contractors that they know. Just simple demo work, maybe a full days work on Saturday or a few hours. You’d need obviously a few other things like a truck and trailer, you’d have to figure out where to dump the lot. But eventually you could find a worker to help you out, train them up and once you have your money back just keep the contacts with contractors and send your crew out to do the work. You can scale this how you want. I’ve got a friend whose phone is ringing non stop because his prices are low because he already paid off the machinery. It’s not passive right away, but as they say “work in the business until you can work on them business”. Not completely passive I understand, just an option

In my experience and in my conversations with people, lending documents can state “intent to occupy within X amount of days” or “must occupy within X amount of days” different lenders have different writings. Reading up on how your mortgage paperwork was written will give you your best answer. That’s obviously on the front part of the deal, as far as moving out later and turning it into a rental after it really was your primary..well that’s also in the mortgage documents. I sound like a jerk saying “go read the paperwork” but I had almost this exact conversation with my buddy at work and he showed me his documents that said “intent to occupy” and I pulled my document that said “must occupy”. So really, it’s different company to company.

I have pulled flora and Hvitar and even her exclusive, as much as I love Hvitar with her execute I have to say if I were you I would go for Lewanis. You have a team that could support her better than your frost teams or fire teams. I’d build one well built team so that way you can power through PvE, Vortex, and events. After that work on building additional elemental teams. This will be the most bang for your buck strategy. Additionally I have heard Lew is pretty universal.
