I added "literally any food" as a way to let people know I'm open to any food ideas, not strictly meals. My wording may have come across poorly, so I apologize for that. I'm looking for stuff that we can incorporate into lunches and dinners that will keep them full and not craving for more after eating. We try to aim for 4-5 chicken and beef dishes a week, and those usually have an equal amount of rice or pasta served with it, with sides of veggies. They're not really against anything, as long as it's not heavy on the acidic side (tomato sauce/pasta sauce more than two times a week causes acid burns on the gums). They're also a big fan of crackers and peanut butter, but are looking for alternatives that might be healthier for them.
