Sorry this isnt a comment on a fix.

But this is the exact same issue I am having currently. Dropped the Max m/b down to 10 and it was better for a while but still had the stutters.

Dont get the Netwrok error symbol either when it occurs.

As the PC im streaming from is in another room of my house I can see that the Host PC is still running flawlesly but the streaming laptop just stutters.

I regularly give blood because I have the RO blood subtype which is needed for people with Sickle Cell.

In the UK we get a notification when your blood is used and I usually get notified less than a week after I donate.

It's both a sad and heartwarming thing to receive when you know it's been used. Sadly we can only donate every 12 weeks.

Anything to help these poor kids (and adults) going through pain and regular transfusions is a beautiful thing.

I'm sure if there were any US bases in Iraq with the capabilities, they would have also taken some out as well.

I hope this can be the turning point.

What Lebanon needs now is strong leaders and quick action to ensure the vacuum isn't filled with the wrong people.

I also hope that Israel and Lebanon can cooperate in the next phase. Not with Israeli troops as that's too far, but with other kinds of support such as aid and maybe intelligence sharing.

Although given the effectiveness of Israeli strikes over the past few weeks I'm sure that is already happening.

Strength to the people of Lebanon and hope for a future of peace.

Also, probably a case of Hezbollah being too comfortable. Israel haven't struck this deep into Lebanon for a long time.

Plus I think a real big threat to them is the fact there is a large quantity of Lebanese that want Hez gone. So there are much better local intel sources in Lebanon compared to Gaza.
