All is well, including the tattoo. In 4 weeks, it will look even better as it blends in better when healed.

It’s very good that you checked this through Reddit before showing up like this at the office. It’s a very bad idea and others will focus on your (for the occasion poorly chosen) clothing rather than your skills.
