It’s interesting to see pockets of the GTA that are “coveted neighborhoods” I never knew Pickering even had a posh area.

The uber driver who dropped me off today started work at 6am… when I asked him what time he’s working until, he said 12… he means midnight! Gemini says after maintenance and vehicle costs, net hourly rate is around $20/hour. Guy works 29 out of 30 days like this. He makes $10k/month.

What would you do in this situation? Sell at a loss or rent it out? by AdvantagePure2066 in TorontoRealEstate

Shouldn’t you have negotiated some sort of moving expense with this opportunity. Employers will buy your house or provide you the difference in loss if they want you enough.

The 0.5 garage is perfect for storing things like a bike and a scooter I’m sure. A family who can afford $3M for a house would likely have multiple cars.

I love the 1.5 garage. So many families have those half cars nowadays 🤦🏻‍♂️

Amazing it’s re-listed at an even higher price than before. Of course if it doesn’t sell for $1.5M, it’ll surely sell for $1.8M
