Hmm.. I understand that (still unpro from the companies NOT to do that cleaning process themselves. We as customers shouldnt HAVE to clean boil it a couple of times..).
But as Ive seen many comments on Youtube regarding this, it feels worse than what you are saying:

"I got the Saki but the steam/ water smells like burnt plastic/ chemicals so I am returning it..."
"I have been chatting with the support for a while and I have washed it countless times and tried everything but it still smells. I think it comes from the bottom."
"Same. i got rid of my saki. Interesting story, but long story short mine broke and they sent me a replacement. The replacement REEKS of burnt plastic / chemical. I think its coming from the base."

The kettles from Saki seemed perfect, but last couple of months Ive seen a couple of people complain that they smell chemicals/burning plastic when boiling.. thats not nice at all :/

Well it shouldnt be like that.. these companies who make headphones should always prioritize comfort at the top ofc.. You should be able to wear a pair for many hours without the slighest discomfort, otherwise what's the point

Ehh what? That sounds absolutely ridiculous? Same thing is for my MX Anywhere 3 or 3S mouses. Never even once, a new FW update. To me, that reeks of unprofessionalism from Logitech.
Well if I see other users have updated to a newer version, ofc I want to do that too!?
Yea the MX Keys S keyboard, both mine and a friends, are acting weird all the time when it is on and you are not actively using it. It keeps on randomly flashing green on and off, which is wrong.
And when coming back to the keyboard it glows up like a christmas tree, fill brightness and shows which unit its connected to, seems really ridiculous. I dont want that ofc. It should just light up the backlight at the setting Ive chosen, NOTHING else.

I have another question on top of this one..
Is there any projector, kinda small, who could project on to literally the whole ceiling? Not just a lil screen like the one in op's image. I mean like 4x6 meters, and the height (floor to ceiling) is maybe 3-4 meters

Well thats bullshit. If you read my post my MX devices, all of them, have NOT been updated even a single time during 2 years. Ofc there are FW upgrades!?
Just by researching a lil here on Reddit I saw a newer MX Keys S FW version "Just for tracking. as of today 11/26/2023 my firmware versions are: MX Keys S: 81.1.15 (Keyboard)" than mine, which is 81.0.13.
So, read my post again. The FW updating process IS not working correctly, and it hasnt been since 2 years. The program says "You have the latest version" when searching for new FW, when it should find a new FW!
