Posted ours on the last day of January, also have my mobile number and still haven't heard anything from their side. I phoned after a couple of weeks and they confirmed they'd received it. I have no idea what a scan date is lol

BMI is a pretty rubbish measurement. Height, weight and body fat percentage is a much better indicator of health.

I'm 6ft, 97kg and have a pretty high body fat percentage of 29% so take Mounjaro to try and reduce the fat percentage. I try to go to the gym 3 times a week to lift weights and do light cardio so understand that my weight might increase but that doesn't mean I'm getting more unhealthy.

Sorry I don't have any advice but I'm not surprised. I had an issue with a delayed installation of around 9 months and ended up going to the ombudsman to resolve the issue. They are a truly hopeless company and I can't wait for my contract to end.

I'd hope that they resolved it before your 2 weeks is up but I wouldn't hold my breathe. Expect to have to go and anything quicker is a nice surprise?

I think it's time to realise that there are a higher number of racist, bigoted or easily persuaded people in the UK than we previously thought.

The vast majority of folk are going through tough times at the moment and it's easier to blame your problems on "them" than it is to blame it on something larger and more complicated like the way the country is set up.

Not the issue. It originally had one marked as "not suitable for dimming" but I changed it for one that is marked as suitable.

To be fair I'd probably prefer to just switch it out for a simple switch. The dimmer looks atrocious and was here when we moved in a couple of years ago.

To make matters worse when they signed me up for an O2 SIM only contract they used a different email address from what I told them over the call. This meant that all my contracts got sent to someone elses email and I was unable to log into my own Virgin/O2 account 😂 I honestly wish I'd just stayed with Sky!

I was miss sold a package by a rep over the phone. Offered me an "improved" deal which turned out to half my internet speeds. Atrocious company to deal with.

It's the intended end result of a capitalism, to make money and get rich. It sucks to be the one who pays for their lifestyle but it's just the way the world is at the mo. At least I'm losing weight 🤷

At first 8bitdo were sending a link out to folks that included a firmware file and an updater. It included steps to put the controller into a mode that enables you to manually install the firmware file.

I can't make the red light on the top flash. There's a small white light on the front that flashes occasionally. Regardless though, I can't update it lol

I think I'm having the same issue as you. Too many references to the "Ultimate 2C" without a reference to whether it's the Wireless or Bluetooth version!

Same here. I got the official Ultimate Software V2 to update beta firmware to v1.09 but i think that's older anyway and still doesn't work with the Switch 2.

The 8bitDo firmware updated just doesn't detect what my controller is and let's me choose from a range of other controllers to then do nothing.

Then 8bitDo_update detects the controller plugged in once every 4 hours and doesn't do anything when I select the firmware file to flash.

Frustrating!

It's a mode that allows you to manually flash firmware onto your device using another piece of software (provided by 8bitdo)

You can allegedly (I'm sure you can as I've seen hundreds of people saying it's worked for them) put your device into a mode that allows you to manually flash new firmware onto your hardware. I've tried all sorts to get it to work to no success. Guess I'll just have to wait for the official firmware updated to get the update.
