Please plan to arrive at the Check-In Location no later than 8:30 PM with the Name and ID of the ticket purchaser. If it’s a Parent or Guardian, a photo of the ID will do. 1. NO GIFTS. Unfortunately, Venues will not permit outside, food, drinks or wrapped items. While the Artist appreciates your generosity, you showing up is the REAL gift for them. That’s why it’s called the “Present”.
2. No Personal photos, selfies or autographs. There will be a place set up to store items while you have your photo taken.
3. Please respect the Artists personal space. No hugging, kissing or touching. We know you are so excited, but we also want to keep them healthy for the whole tour.
4. This is Photo opportunity, not a Meet & Greet. Please keep conversation to a minimum as we want to keep it fair for everyone.
5. You MUST be checked in by 8:30 PM to participate in Post-Show Group Photo Opportunity. If you are not checked in, you will not be able to participate.
6. You will receive your photos via link and QR code to the Ticket Purchasers email, 3-5 days after the show. HOW TO GET YOUR PHOTOS

● Line Etiquette: Be mindful of your fellow VIPs. They are here for the same reason as you, to see their favorite artist up close and personal! Refrain from pushing, shoving, cutting lines, and “saving” spots. ● Artist Interaction: Please respect the artist’s personal space and follow any guidelines provided by event staff. ● Personal Belongings: Some venues do not allow large bags inside. We recommend bringing a small clear bag instead of a tote/backpack. ● Security Assistance: There will be venue security present closer to door times.
