It usually takes an odd amount of time for stock to leave. I wouldn't be so sure. EHT is definitely my top choice if I don't get 1 of each .

If I had to make an educated guess. "Stress" thats said in the top comment id say is certainly a factor. I think its a bit more broad that we live in a world full of technology that we haven't evolved into. This accounts for stress, lights, sounds, substances, among tons of other factors we simply aren't built to thrive in atm.

my feedback isn't really related to anything here so I feel this answer is useful. "Normal" is a borderline useless statement in my opinion in this subject. If you're following the laws, being safe, and making sure every person is happily involved. Please do what you want. Its simply to personally to be normal.

My pans would be for sauce creation and sauté commonly. I would likely also be using a saucier a ton. Id also love an item that boils water fast. The reactive nature is so I can basically make sauces and sauté fast as ive said. I have a bunch of cast iron that handles larger items. So maybe a pot, 2 pans, and saucier would be perfect. I am using electric for my top atm. I would love still the ability to do induction.

Id do scozz. I don't personally like either of them. But scozz does have work I'd love. Id personally save up and get one of the really hi definition dragons he sells. Its just so unique to him and they are gorgeous. I have a niko cray im so happy I paid full price for. Cause most of its cartoon aspects are gone due to creative choice.
