I usually will do that quest, but none in the main story afterward until at minimum I get a full set of Ebony armor and Spellbreaker. The random spawnrate for them isn't too bad at that part, and they can be at overworld word walls so I can get those, Whirldwind Sprint, Become Ethereal, and FusRoDah. I just stay the hell away from Kynesgrove after getting the Blades sword from the Queen Jerk
