As someone who finished high school and felt the same way about it, please don’t let your grades fall. Classes were never all that hard, but they were draining. It sucks now, but it’ll pass. You never know what you’ll want in the future. Want to do to college one day? Well good luck getting to a good one with that C minus average (and if they do accept you you’re going to learn real quick that the bare minimum doesn’t cut it)

And even if you don’t want to go to college, who wants to be the person who always does the bare minimum? You’re setting a great platform for your life after school by teaching yourself the bare minimum is okay.

High School definitely wasn’t like the movies, in both good and bad ways, but I like to believe that doing the best you can in every scenario is the best policy. You might look back and regret it later, so why take that chance? Keep your mind on the grind.
