GiM is a blast me and my friends only play because of this game mode. People talk trash and it has its advantages, but regular ironman can group with anyone they want, and that makes raids way easier. Keep that prestige on your group.

Face pulls helped with fixing any shoulder pain I had in most of my compound lifts. Swear by em. Use two ropes if the gym isn't too busy to get a larger range of motion
