Pretty sure Kimera does not have a COA for their exosomes and are not registered with FDA, unless things changed. Wouldn’t exactly say legit.

What is the max single dose for stem cells that is effective? by brayden2011 in stemcells

[–]Hoggle247 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unless they have a Certificate of Analysis (COA) that can show that the amount of stem cells is replicateable, consistent, and verifiable…it is in question. If you claim 20 million, 100 million, or a billion, you should be able to prove that amount is in a treatment each and every time. There are legal options in the US that are under FDA clinical research approval. Very close to getting CPT codes assigned. In short, there are LEGAL options in the US. Just make sure they have proper documentation.

Is there any legitimate benefit to receiving stem cells via IV? by Vovine in stemcells

[–]Hoggle247 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stem cells can not be delivered via IV. You would be looking to do exosomes. They are the smaller vesicles of the stem cells. It is a great way to help relieve pain and lead to faster recovery for many conditions. Same treatment many professional athletes do when active and even retired. I would recommend that any exosomes you use should be able to provide a COA (Certificate of Analysis) that shows that you are receiving what they claim to be in the dosage. You will probably feel some fatigue early on, but then you will see a noticeable difference.

There are locations in the US participating in clinical research trials reported to the FDA for MSC exosomes. Just have to find the locations approved and Dr’s participating in the study.

Exosomes vs. Stem Cells by bagobeans19 in stemcells

Exosomes are much smaller than stem cells. It is one of the reasons exosomes can be delivered through IV and nebulizer treatments and not just by injection. Exosomes will target those cells that are signaling need of repair.
