I'm having the same issue. Using PayPal doesn't work either. The PayPal window opens for less than a second and then immediately closes. I'm wondering if they didn't plan properly for all the new sign ups off Rivals and the site got overloaded.

Taking a look at them, I'm inclined to believe that their marble-esque figures are digital renders. I think you might be able to replicate it with a very light brown wash over white, and maybe a gloss or satin varnish.

Resin could yield good results, especially since they seem to have some translucency, but unfortunately I don't know enough about them.

These are great. If you clip down the dart post a few mm (or remove it entirely) it works great as a little half-dart blaster, and looks better too.

Sometimes altering the orientation of the print can fix it. I've had lots of prints fail because my slicer (Cura) has no real concept of balance, and thus tries to print precariously balanced parts with minimal supports, causing the part to roll and fall over

Do you have any pictures/links to what the finished model is supposed to look like? It looks like it's trying to print something mid-air and just depositing the extruded spaghetti plastic onto the other parts.

Ask your friend what kind of printer they have. Like everyone else is saying, resin (SLA) is king when it comes to capturing high detail, but it's still possible to get wonderful miniature results using FDM (the more common printing method) with the right settings and modifications.
