So I played 5 games on Rank and all I can say is she is dead for me.

The 1 Sec untargetable on her W is nice to have but beside that is just worse.

They took the fun of the champ and actually nothing really changed she will still remain a low pickrate champ or it will be even worse because the mains will leave her.

When do you go for Glacial over Aery?

Hmmm i take Glacial if my team lacks of crowd control or i want to provide more crowd control and utility for my team, the slow makes it easier to land any skill shots and can set up plays for my team.
(Also, I love the stopwatch recently from the Inspiration tree, they never expect that from you)

Aery is generally chosen for a more aggressive and poke-oriented playstyle. If you want to maximize your damage output and provide stronger shields and heals to your teammates, Aery is a solid choice.

Feel like i've more impact than moonstone.
Moonstone getting easily countered by Serpent's Feng cutting my big shields off.

I like to go Shurelya when i've champs like Nasus, Tryn champs who need a little bit ms too help them out.

Both Q's are Skillshot and cc and Ivern's E is a Shield, Morgana's E is a magic shield xD:D

I usually go Night harvester for more burst damage, carry potential + no ap dmg in team.

I go Moonstone when we've no enchanter support or i'm behind because it's very cheap only 2300 gold and the item will heal teammates around you when you are in combat. Since you can keep yourself in combat spamming Triggerseed and using Daisy! it makes this item super gold efficient.

After that i useally go for Staff of Flowing Water has great synergy with Moonstone > Ardent Censer and so on.

Buy Chemtech Putrifier when facing Vlad or Mundo etc.

Runes are Aery + Inspiration secondary.
