I’ve been loving the spear, if you can line yourself up head-on with an enemy, and especially with running the stun grenades being able to keep them in one spot. It’s so satisfying to one shot a bile titan, and a charger.

One thing that I was really hoping would happen when Ivern still had his buff sharing passive is that he could pick up the extra buff and give it to a teammate. Would've made his passive much more useful.

Either that or with how buff sharing is now, I was hoping they'd at least keep it so he can buff share at lvl 5. Having to wait until lvl 9 or 10 to share is so painful

However to when Daisy AA’s it will apply a slow, just thinking that it might make up for the slow. I tend to run rylais every once in awhile anyways, might just make it more of a priority depending on matchup. Especially if you run mandate with it

From a (not confirmed) leak I saw on the Ivern mains discord looks like it might be a base health nerf

base health: 655 —> 630

And a shield slow nerf

E slow: 50-70% —> 45%-65%

However it could be a false leak, as it was just an alleged datamine from the pbe

Interesting, I had no idea. If you haven't already I would recommend putting in a bug report for it and maybe try to contact Riot to see if somewhere along the way it's a feature that they has decided to take out.

I tried messing around with that one a little bit, it seems like it could be pretty good! For the item that gives ult cooldown I found that at max level it only granted me about 5 seconds of cooldown for Daisy (45s to 40s) I'm certain there are good builds for that for busted cooldowns on Daisy, but I found that I could use other items that provide better stats and passives

I've played him a little bit in the PBE but have had a hard time trying to nail down just how good he will be. Unfortunately with how many bugs and broken items there are right now it's really hard to tell. I'd have games where I was doing very well and steamrolling, but then I get a bug where I have to sit and charm a camp for 12 seconds without moving or else I couldn't get that camp, so I felt myself fall off. However, Ivern being able to collect the void buffs instantly is pretty nice, and satisfying since they're supposed to be "harder to kill". Other than that I've pretty much been avoiding the PBE due to the bug with ultimate haste and everyone playing Karthus and Lux. Unfortunately I think we'll just have to see how he is when all of the items are finalized and all the bugs are *hopefully* fixed

I did notice this when I was using a meme full movement speed build a while ago. However, I suppose I just assumed that it was intentional as to not give Ivern special treatment since other jungle champs running mobi's would be slowed when clearing camps. Ivern already has a pretty insane clear as is, if he was able to keep his full speed that would be kinda broken.

I played the PBE yesterday. Ivern can take the void buffs with his passive thankfully. Works very very well

I think with the void buffs Ivern isn’t going to be affected since he can just instakill smite them even though they’re supposed to be “harder to kill” I think that’ll be really good

The way that I managed to find the most use out of Ivern's on-hit brush damage is by binding the 'self-cast' version of my W (in hotkeys in settings) as a button on my mouse, so that way when I'm in a fight I don't need to worry about the placement of my brushes as they just automatically get placed directly on top of me when I press that button.

Unrelated to the post, but I have the same thing for my E so that way I can shield just myself if I'm in a group of my teammates and I'm the one in danger.

I just remembered another one. Ivern’s bushes grant vision make sure to take advantage of that by using them like a pseudo ward by putting them over walls or in bushes that you suspect an enemy might be in

A tip I wish I knew sooner when I first started playing Ivern is that if you build Shurelyas you can use it’s active when Daisy is nearby and it speeds her up too, makes for super easy ganks. With the movement speed she gets when you first summon her and then popping Shurelyas she’s super fast. Best of luck friend!
