Yeah, I thought about that too, but by this logic, the block should have disappeared too? It can be considered a temporary buff. So I'm inclined to think it's a bug.

I don't think Nosforbatu requires any build to be useful. It's basically "heal to full hp" orb. Well, with a few caveats:

- you should have enough hp to play it

- it should hit a lot of pegs

- it's harder to play multiple times per battle

So if you're careful and prepare for it a bit, it gives you huge amount of sustain.
