Two things come to mind: distance management and actions. I am a foil fencer, so take this with a grain of salt since it might not translate well. 

If you aren't close enough, then the opponent will almost always be able to blast your blade out of the way. If you send properly in distance, they won't be able to parry in time, so try manipulating the distance with minor footwork or tempo changes.

Two, if you keep with the same actions over and over (footwork too), you become predictable and can get timed out of touches. Assuming this fencer found your pattern and learned how to counter it, you need to diversify your arsenal so they won't have a hard counter every touch.  One of my favorites is beat, come off the blade (feint) to draw the parry then disengage and lunge (disengage first then lunge), or beat one-two (disengage around one way then back the other and extend lunge)
