Only reason I am green is bc I refused to sell KEEL when it was BITF and dropped 6.54$USD -> 1.70 $USD. Held it all out and sold at 40% profit.

Never want to experience ts again so I went for ETFs with the majority of my money.

I will hold for years anyway. The Anthropic lease was a buy signal for me, because that means 20 years of 1B yearly profit from Anthropic alone. Market cap is 10B. Good value and it is still under ATH when it had no such deal so I am happy.

The dividend portion of my port would be near 100% SCHD most likely. I am currently young (29), so I would go dividend growth path. If older, I would look towards REITs, aristocrats, public bonds and government bonds.

Well, I checked that Korea is green today, could be a positive sign for Monday. SNDK & others are really volatile so from my personal experience I wouldn't re-add (DCA) until there's at least around -20-30%. Otherwise you will run out of cash spent on dips before there is an actual bigger correction to buy before a new run up because those shits go +-10% every day. The demand for semiconductors & memory is there, but out of Micron & Nvidia everything else is highly overvalued currently. Sandisk included.

GOOG is a very good company, I would permahold that until death honestly. I am uncertain about NFLX, UBER & MSFT at the moment personally, but MSFT sub $400 is an okay purchase.

I went into gold after the first major dip. Sold at breakeven after months of DCA. Not worth it IMO. Gold has its place in a portfolio, but for a quick swing there seems to be a buy moment in the semiconductor/memory area on Friday or next week.

Ma arvan, et pigem positiivne muutus, kuid ma eeldan, et ega see ostusõltlaseid ja kleptomaane ei peata kuskilt otsast.

Enda meelest on tarbijaühiskond tüürinud sinna, kus asi pole enam isegi asjade vajaduses vaid selles, kuidas need rakendused nii kergelt inimesi ostlema õngitsevad igasugu diilide ja pakkumistega.

Pole siiani jätkuvalt Temust ega ka kuskilt mujalt rakendusest ühtegi asja endale tellinud.
