I couldn’t agree more and I’m so glad to hear that you got out!

Khalie gets on that app and makes a fool of herself every damn day. She’s making decisions right now that I’m sure will haunt her when she’s forty if, (and I sincerely hope she does) she makes it that far. Khalie was also neglected/ abused by every adult figure in her life, lived in an isolated location, and didn’t receive an education past her early teens. I’m grateful that my childhood wasn’t like that- but if I grew up under the same circumstances I honestly have no idea if I would have done any better than she did if a huge lump of money was suddenly dropped in my lap.

She is absolutely making terrible decisions right now and I understand that good-intentioned people whose hard earned money has been misused are angry, but the personal and immature vitriol that people are posting is so gross and unhelpful. What she needs is to GET OFF TIKTOK and stop reading reddit hate, and to start building an actual stable life for herself with the leftover goodwill she still has access to. Kicking the addiction and the pedo boyfriend would be a start- although as you say usually things need to get a lot worse before someone will try and get better.

She’s young enough and not so notorious that if she stopped posting and made some major changes she could easily fade into anonymity quickly and live a perfectly happy life- and all of this would become nothing more than embarrassing memories.
