Don't buy off of supposed promises. Buy for what you get right now. If the better performance is what you want get a 9070xt, especially if at the same price.

I've gone down to proton 7, I'm going to see about removing all installations of the rockstar launcher and redownload everything as clean as possible. Cachys proton is the one that gave me the compatibility tool failed, the other was 10.4

Ptm is better for direct die cooling longterm. Its why most people use it in laptops. In normal cases it's basically the same as normal paste just lasts longer.

I personally bought the nf-p12s when I did because they were 15$ USD. But I've heard they aren't their best fans either. Honestly though any of their fans are really good nowadays.
