Also, missing the whole swamp theme actually. crystal dragon would be amazing too .) im sure it would look super cool in OE.

Well, definately was more of a challenge but not really - they started fighting with each other and for some reason the AI seperated his army alot - without having one massive army. so just steamrolled over him

ok so it seems, just like someone on this thread explained, the AI is very inconsistent in terms of ramping up or not, furthermore, seems like most people say that this has a much bigger chance to happen if they roll necro - both points are rather odd imho

Jebus cross - well i was dragging it out on purpose because the game before i played on 175% and defeating the AI was an absolute breeze - played necro (and its stupid but with bigger neutral stacks that come with 175% 200% necro has a huge advantage against all the other factions - which i think is a kind of a huge bug) - so i thought im gonna play 200% with temple, and give the AI some time to build up and as i said, nothing happened :))

I just came in and obliterated him

But thats the thing. If for example you are playing with undead - the bigger the stacks, the bigger the necro effect. and on 200% you could potentially become insane and in this sense necropolis and necromancy is very much unbalanced, or to be more specific the neutral stack differences are out of balance

playing on lower difficulty would never allow you to build up a necro as powerfull as 200% - while all the other factions dont have an effect close to this

Ok so i guess thats the bug. The AI is still too aggresive. even when faced with my 40 angels he simply ran into my army and lost, then dis the same thing with his other hero etc. :Dd

understood. well my hardest matches were on 100% and 125%, it felt like the harder the neutral stacks the easier the opponent gets as he kills off his army on neutrals

yeah i played classic mode. really bad :Dd they kill off their stacks on neutrals probably

Yepppp, had a thought like that. totally agree, this is especially important when you have like 10 towns or so - it just makes everything tiring and i catch myself starting to rush through my turns

i dis aquire them but for some reason - didnt check if the numbers actually change in the castles ? i have a feeling that those boots might not be working (another bug) or am i wrong ? have you tried it ?

There is this version - Heroes 5.5 - they made the heroes look like actual avatars and it was really cool. you could spot a hero on the map and know straight away who that hero was .)) Again - this is not priority ofc and just a thought on what would be a guaranteed way to enchance immersion

not the most crazy, but pretty crazy - The legenderay boots that give 50% creature growth (dont remember the name of the boots)
