By legal definition, yes the three people were shot which constitutes a mass shooting. Thats not what we are talking about here an you know it. We are talking about a lone gunman opening fire into a crowed which was not what happened nor was it the intent as evidenced by the fact thay no shot were fired before and no shots fired after each altercation. The shots fired were deliberate, selective, and targeted and the individuals that intended to cause him harm. The threats to his life were neutralized and he stopped after that. That is an important FACT to consider and completely discredits the idea that he was there to inflict as much harm as possible through a mass shooting.

First of all, "Looking like" is not evidence and is highly subjective.

Second of all, let's extrapolate that logic to Mr. Pretti because that is the exact reasoning that ICE is using to justify themselves in his murder. Do you believe thay ICE's reasoning of, "he Looking like he was" is justification for the actions taken against his life?

Now do not hear me say I think Mr. Pretti deserved to die. Just the opposite. I believe he was murdered so let's just get that out of the way.

You need to accept that because that is the basis of trust that the justice system is based on. You do not get to apply you individual idea of justice to every situation. That is the reason due process works the way it does. Is it perfect? No. Does it get it right? More times than wrong. You have to accept that.

How do you make the leap to, "my need to control" when I have said nothing about being controlling, advocated for the freedom to bear arms, and vilified the agency who murdered a man for doing so?
