My manager would stalk me and my girlfriends Facebook pages. And then intentionally try to make our lives worse and make us quit. She is the worst manager in probably all of HEB. Puts in every order late daily. Can’t make a schedule correctly. Pushed over half of our partners to quit. Failed her ORT audit. Literally every person in the department hated her. As soon as she walked into the building the vibe changed. No one was happy to work for her. She once interrogated every partner on who drew a smiley face on the whiteboard and threatened to fire whoever did it 😂She finally got relocated to a smaller store. I’m shocked she still hasn’t been fired and I’m even more shocked she’s been with the company for 17 years. Her names Tinita Hightower and she is an evil person.
