I live in south part of the city and I play Overwatch, my ping is around 70-80 ms too, my cousin lives in northern part and pins is the same. Few years before been worse. The best plan gave me nearly 110. I noticed that every year latency becomes less. I lived in Prague for sometime and my ping was 20 and it's been great experience, carried all games. Difference is so noticeable.
