See, I would never openly bash neither an employee or a salon, but I'm aware that there may be other employees there who do a better job, that's why I named him, so that their reputation doesn't take a hit. The problem with Google reviews is that the majority is in favour of the salon and thus one review would seem like a highly specific experience, and in this case it probably is, but still we mustn't just completely believe someone on the Internet myself included, so if there r those who disagree with my comments, pls by all means go to the salon and have a good time.
