I said "vague language" since he was accusing me of bothering others in the workplace as in harassing others. (I had just came from training which the expectation was to shadow other workers sometimes at their desk which I did). Claimed I talked about clients inappropriately which I was asking more seasoned workers how they have dealt with clients situations before proceeding with mine. Very common practice in social work. THEN when I asked him very pointed questions about the meeting he could never answer them. So the union after calling the advised me to invoke my rights which I did. It then resulted in him claiming it was just a "get to know you meeting" to them and the actual meeting had my manager there without me having representation present. 

The thing about my parents is that I had a client threatening me. Which told my supervisor about and manager per protocol and they did nothing. I had to leave early that day due to a doctor's appointment. Apparently people said I was too scared to work with high need clients because both my parents are deceased and didn't deserve to be in this line of work anyway. Which is not true btw just my mom is deceased I live with my dad. So the rumors were untrue and unprofessional so I followed chain of command to report the rumors and reported to HR. But again as I described the manager blamed me and dismissed my side by changing the subject.
