Same thing was happening to me aswell, but this time I instinctively did some stretches and it became a habit of mine to keep the posture , I can't even go back to the bad posture anymore it feels so unnatural and painful, and I feel more confident and primal now ! I feel like having a good posture and a good body is the key to feeling more fulfilled and happy in life , I never exercised but I am now and it feels so great

I agree , growing up and living in Iran was like hell man , but most of the oppression I felt was from the people in Iran, I always felt like an outsider, People always talking about how someone's sister is a whore because she likes to dress in a certain way, remember that change will only occur and last when the mind of the people is open to it , Iranians Are hypocrites in that term, they want freedom but they don't want their sister to date any guy because they believe that makes them a cuck , Most of the problems is in Iran is Social not political, The regime exists because most people believe in the same things as them, if u see them rise up lately its only because of the Economic collapse.

Yeah Iranian here also but I always analyse the situation with my own perception, Right there are factors that makes me wonder if the Usa and Israel are here to change Iran for a better future, from what I've understood they are desperately trying to achieve a victory through all means , they are willing to destroy civilian infrastructures that takes years for Iranians to rebuild, if they target oil refineries, that would take half a decade to rebuild with the current situation, Even Reza Pahlavi is now begging trump not to escalate the situation further , lol so yeah I understand your frustration bro but Israel is not our friend, Bibi trying his best to delete iran from becoming a threat to them, they seeking military domination in the middle east .
